About
🌿 Living True is a space for truth, courage and connection
Reflections on daily life and events – for women who want to live true, be more present and be better connected to themselves, the people they care about and the world around them.
👩💫 About Me
👋 Hi and welcome!
I’m Anna.
I’m a writer, life coach and home-educating mother of three, exploring what it means to live true and connected in the middle of this often messy life.
Living True is where I bring together the threads that shape my world and my work – faith, family, relationships, nature, wellbeing, politics and current affairs, alongside a desire to live an authentic, present and connected life.
You’ll find reflections on all of these topics and more – sometimes serious, sometimes with a dash of humour, but always thoughtful and curious.
Some of my posts are personal, others are more topic specific and some respond to what’s happening in the wider world - written through the lens of values, discernment and hope.
Coaching ✨
Alongside my writing, I’m a certified life coach, supporting women in midlife who want to live and relate from a place of calm, clarity, courage and confidence.
I’m a huge fan of coaching because it has helped me so much in my own life and I want to share its transformational benefits with others.
My approach blends lived experience, intuition and professional training in counselling, trauma-informed practice, self-care and boundaries – together with ongoing study in nervous system regulation, human behaviour and various coaching modalities.
I’ve completed trainings with Transformation Academy, The Healing Centre, Mindvalley Evercoach and The Expert Coach.
Through 1-to-1 coaching and smaller offers, I help women strengthen their inner foundation so they can show up in their lives and relationships as the person they want to be.

I currently write a post once a month though I’m looking to increase that to at least every other week as I’m able to.
