Living True is my publication for mothers who want to stop coasting along on autopilot and begin living with more balance, purpose and connection, in the middle of the chaos at home and in the world.
Here I write mostly about family, faith, mindset, well-being, culture and politics.
My focus is on helping you develop a greater sense of presence, live out your purpose and deepen your connection with God, yourself and the people around you.
You’ll also find honest reflections from my own journey through motherhood, growth, personal development and healing.
If you sometimes feel overwhelmed and stretched thin by the responsibilities and weight of life, then this is a thoughtful, encouraging and hope-filled space for you. 💛
👋 Hi, I’m Anna
I’m a writer, a certified life coach and home-educating mum of three teenagers. I live in East Anglia, UK, am married and have 3 children and a lively black working cocker spaniel. I’ve home educated my children since 2014.
I’m also a Christian and someone who tries to live faithfully and authentically in a world that can be both beautiful and bewildering.
I’ve lived in seasons of winging it — juggling motherhood, homeschooling, health challenges, responsibilities and seemingly never-ending demands — alongside seasons of personal growth and awakening — redefining who I am, what I value and how I want to live.
In 2016, I suffered a concussion in a car accident and later wrote a book on my recovery, Understanding and Living Well With Post-Concussion Syndrome.
I also write regular blog posts on recovery for the Community Compass app.
I’m happy to say I’ve made a very good recovery and have learnt a lot along the way.
In my spare time, I love walking my dog through the beautiful countryside where I live, cooking, curling up with a good book, taking photographs and spending time with friends.

Alongside my writing, I offer 1-to-1 coaching for mothers who feel stretched thin, overwhelmed or disconnected. My approach blends lived experience, practical tools, nervous system awareness and gentle support to help you create a life that feels authentic, balanced and life-giving.
I’m not here to offer quick fixes. I’m here to walk with you as you build calm, clarity, confidence and connection in your life and relationships.
I hold a Level 3 counselling certificate and I’ve completed certifications with Transformation Academy, Mindvalley Evercoach, The Healing Centre and The Expert Coach.
